Saffron Nutrition is an extremely powerful nutritional analysis tool which allows users to calculate the nutritional information of stock items, recipes and menu plans. Saffron Nutrition also helps to analyse menu-costing to help reduce wastage and drive management efficiencies. Saffron Nutrition also delivers on providing detailed product information including allergens and on all menu cycles and displays the full nutritional breakdown and feeding costs per day.
